Some members of the legislature would be sympathetic to it, but many more would be hostile to it. The best solution would be litigation. The NYS MHP industry group has not, to my knowledge, challenged any legislation in court since the cases cited in the article were decided.

Will any members of the legislature read it, or have it brought to their attention? The park owners would support it. Is there a mobile home owners organization that would oppose it? Or would some sort of an organization for the downtrodden oppose it?
